These terms are between you and UPX LAB (PRIVATE) LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”).

UPX LAB (PRIVATE) LIMITED is a product design studio based in Pakistan.

You may browse the site for lawful purposes related to learning about our services and contacting us. You agree not to:

Submitting the contact form or emailing us does not create a client engagement, partnership, or obligation to provide services. Any project work is subject to a separate written agreement (proposal, statement of work, or contract) signed or accepted by both parties.

Unless otherwise stated, the website content—including text, branding, layout, and case-study materials—is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, republish, or commercially reuse site content without prior written permission, except for ordinary browser caching and sharing public links.

Client work shown in case studies remains subject to the rights and confidentiality terms of those engagements. Portfolio descriptions are summaries and may omit confidential detail.

The site may link to third-party sites or use third-party tools (for example, security widgets). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

The website is provided “as is” for general information about our studio and services. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Case studies and outcomes describe past work and do not guarantee similar results for future projects.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Our aggregate liability related to website use is limited to the greater of PKR 5,000 or the amount you paid us (if any) solely for website-related services in the three months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or content you submit that infringes others’ rights—except to the extent caused by our own willful misconduct.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Lahore, Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
